Program Terms and Conditions

Earning Points

• Earn 1 point for every €1 spent (ex. VAT) on eligible services.

• Points apply to fully paid invoices only.

• No points on travel charges, fees, or subcontracted work.

Travel Charge Policy

• We reserve the right to add a €50 travel fee to jobs over 100km from our base.

​

Redeeming Points

• Redeem points on services by Underground Eye Drains Ltd.

• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be used with other offers unless stated.

Expiry & Account Terms

• One account per customer.

• Points are not transferable between accounts.

• Maximum 5,000 points may be held at one time.

• After redemption, point accumulation restarts from zero.

• Points are valid only under current program terms.

Program Terms

• We may update or cancel the program at any time without notice.

• Discrepancies must be reported within 30 days.

• Misuse or fraud may result in points being withheld.

• Participation means acceptance of current and future terms.
